When I first attended this facility I thought it was horrible. I always fought my family members about coming everyday. I came here for multiple reasons...only a couple of these things were fixed. Clinicians in this facility make you feel like they talk down to you. If you do come to this facility ask for James, Lauren, Sean, or Brian. Those are the only ones I trusted enough to speak to.

Going to high focus really, really helped me and helped put on a path to success. Before I went to the place, I was a MESS. I’m not exaggerating. But after I went here, it really helped me. Even the other patients really cared and were very supportive. There were one or two staff that were kind of rude, but other than that, everyone really cares. This is so much better than other places I have been to where all they cared about was money and didn’t give a rat’s ass about you. With anyone who is really struggling with depression, bipolar, suicidal thoughts, etc., I really recommend going to this place because it will truly help you.

In employment threatening crisis, I was told to come in immediately for intake. The work we have been doing is work tgat I hadn't considered until group discussions happened. After 1 week, I had an amazing epiphany about my life and myself. I'm enjoying the pleasant and efficient staff, the prompt & serious individuaized attention I receive. The all day IOP is excellent, I'm using the day program currently. I will continue with the night program as soon as i am clear to work. Love High Focusa

We have had very good experiences with this program and found it to be quite helpful for our child. You can't just drop your kid and run though - you do have to stay involved as a parent and pay attention to what is going on. That means going to the family meetings, talking to the psychiatric nurse practitioner (much better than most psychiatrists I've dealt with), connecting your school with High Focus and following through with what you need to do outside the therapeutic setting. The transportation is somewhat disorganized (don't be shy about calling) and there can be frequent staff changes.

I went to the Branchburg site for my son's treatment, but was assessed at a different site - from the initial screening over the phone to assessment appointment to actual treatment, I felt very satisfied with my treatment. They really take care of you here!! I was assessed at Parsippany because it was more convenient for my work. They seamlessly transitioned paperwork to Branchburg without me feeling like I had to do all the leg work for it. My son has been to many treatments before and for the first time I felt like we as a family were getting some results!!! High Focus Centers gave me my son back!! I cannot thank you enough!!! I highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking help and struggling to get their family/kids on track. At the end of the day, you get what you put into it, but with good clinical staff who really care and LISTEN, it's encouraging to take those difficult steps.
